Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Reselling your ticket will make it void

For security reasons, bags and persons may be searched on entry.

Food and Drink may not be brought into the arena. A variety of concessions stalls providing food, drink and merchandise are at the event.

Marshall Arena and Marshall Amplification reserve the right to refuse admission. Admission is subject to licensing conditions.

Every person attending the event will require a ticket.

Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.

Marshall reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised programme.

Small cameras and mobile phone cameras for personal use are permitted for the event. We request you are respectful of other guests.

Purchase of a ticket and attendance at an event means you consent to filming and photography and sound recording, which may include you as a member of the audience and its use in commercial distribution without payment and copyright.

Loud music can damage your hearing. We advise concerned guests to wear ear protection.

Marshall Arena and Marshall Amplification accept no responsibility for any personal items brought to the venue.

Customers are advised not to leave valuable items in cars.

CCTV is in operation at Marshall Arena for the purposes of crime prevention and detection.

Pets are not permitted to attend.

We have a highly skilled medical team onsite throughout the festival who will be able to assist with any medical advice or incidents.

No smoking is permitted within the Arena. Smoking in any indoor area is illegal and could result in you being fined.

It is your responsibility to check your Tickets and booking confirmation and inform us immediately of any inaccuracies; mistakes cannot always be rectified. We cannot accept any liability for innacuaracies however we will endeavour to assist where possible.
