Troubleshooting : Can't charge headphones or case

Put the earbuds in the case and connect it to a power source.

Check if the LED indicator on the case (red, orange, or green) turns on when they are connected.

If the LED indicator blinks red, remove the earbuds from the case. Charge the case without the earbuds inside, until the colour changes to orange. Put the earbuds back in the case and continue charging until the light is steady green.

If the LED indicator does not turn on, try using a different USB-C charging cable, adapter, or power outlet.

If the issue persists, perform a factory reset.
