The Bluetooth button on top of the Acton II Bluetooth speaker.

There can be several reasons for audio issues. Try these tips to solve them:

  • The most likely cause is that the wrong audio source is selected. Use the source button on the speaker to toggle between sources, or select the source in the Marshall Bluetooth app.

  • Make sure that the correct audio device is connected to the speaker.

  • Check if another connected device is playing. If so, pause it or disconnect it from the speaker.

  • The volume could be set too low on either the audio source or the speaker. Slightly increase the volume on the audio source or your speaker.
