Troubleshooting : Cannot connect to a Wi-Fi network
If your Speaker cannot connect to a Wi-Fi network - there are several troubleshooting options you can attempt:
There is no Wi-Fi network available.
Connect the speaker via Bluetooth or using a cable.
Speaker is receiving too little Wi-Fi signal.
Move the Speaker closer to the Wi-Fi router.
