Follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve erratic performance issues with your Motif II A.N.C headphones:
Restart the Headphones
Place the earbuds in the case and close the lid to restart them.
Check for Firmware Updates
If a restart did not solve the issue, check for firmware updates:
Download the Marshall Bluetooth app and connect the headphones.
Follow the in-app instructions to update the firmware.
Perform a Hardware Reset
If the problem persists, perform a hardware reset:
Take out your earbuds and place them in your ears.
Press and hold the touch surface on both earbuds for 10 seconds to reset them.
Perform a Factory Reset
Perform a factory reset to restore the headphones to their original settings. This will delete all user settings, and the earbuds will need to be set up again:
Place the earbuds in the case and keep the lid open.
Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds, until the LED turns purple, to reset the earbuds to factory settings.
Remove MOTIF II A.N.C. from your audio device’s Bluetooth list before pairing again.
