Troubleshooting : Cannot connect or pair a Bluetooth device
There are several likely causes for why your speaker cannot connect or pair with a Bluetooth device. Try these tips to solve the issue:
Turn Bluetooth off on your audio device, then turn it back on again and try pairing it with the speaker.
Make sure that the speaker is in pairing mode. Turn the source knob to Bluetooth and push and hold for 3 seconds to make the speaker discoverable by the device.
If your audio device asks for a pin code, you usually do not need to enter one. However, if prompted, enter 0000.
