Troubleshooting : Erratic behaviour
There can be several causes of erratic behaviour. Try these options to solve the issue:
Push and hold the control knob for 10 seconds to restart the headphones.
Download the Marshall Bluetooth app and connect the headphones. Check if there are new firmware updates, and follow the in-app instructions to install them.
Perform a factory reset to restore the headphones to their original settings.
