Troubleshooting : The earbuds don't turn on

Short answer

If your Motif II A.N.C. does not switch on, check that they are charged. You can also check if you have the latest firmware by downloading the Marshall Bluetooth app or performing a factory reset.

Replace parts that is not functioning.

There can be several reasons why your headphones don’t turn on. Try these options to solve the issue:

  • Make sure that your earbuds are charged. You can check the current battery level in the Marshall Bluetooth app. Charge the earbuds by placing them in the charging case.

  • Your earbuds may not be using the latest firmware version. Download the Marshall Bluetooth app and follow the in-app instructions to update the firmware.

  • If the issue persists, perform a factory reset.
