Troubleshooting: Can't connect or pair with a bluetooth device
Short answer
Turn your speaker on and push the Bluetooth button until the LED turns to a slow blue pulse. Then, pair it with your audio device. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset.
Follow these steps to resolve pairing issues with your Emberton III speaker:
Turn your speaker on
Push the Bluetooth button until the LED turns to slow blue pulse.
Activate Bluetooth on your audio device list and select Emberton III from your audio device's Bluetooth list.
Download the Marshall Bluetooth App to adjust your speaker's settings and keep your speaker updated with the latest firmware.
Check if the speaker is connected to another audio device
Emberton III can be connected to two Bluetooth audio devices at the same time. If a connected device is playing, the other device can not start playing until the first one is paused.
Perform a factory reset
If the issue persists, perform a factory reset. This will return the speaker to its original settings, excluding any firmware updates.
