Troubleshooting : Bluetooth pairing
There can be several reasons to Bluetooth pairing problems. Try these tips to solve the issue:
Check if your speaker is connected to another audio device. If so, disconnect and pair it again.
Turn the speaker off, wait for a full 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
Make sure that Bluetooth is activated on your audio device.
Push the source button on top of the speaker to toggle between Bluetooth, AUX and RCA input, and select Bluetooth mode. A lit indicator shows which source is selected.
Pair your device again by pushing the source button for 2 seconds until the Bluetooth indicator starts to blink. Select Woburn III from your audio device’s Bluetooth list.
If the issue persists, perform a factory reset. This will return the speaker to its original settings, excluding any firmware updates.
Note: Woburn III can be connected to two Bluetooth devices at the same time. If one connected device is playing, a second connected device will not be able to start playing until the first device is paused.
