Troubleshooting : Speaker not discoverable in the app

If you cannot discover your Speaker in the Marshall Multi-Room App - there are several troubleshooting options you can attempt:

  1. The Speaker is not connected to the Wi-Fi network.

    • Turn the SOURCE knob to Wi-Fi and push and hold for 3 seconds to make the Speaker discoverable.

  2. The Speaker and mobile device are not connected to the same Wi-Fi network

    • Connect both devices to the same network.

  3. The Speaker is not turned on.

    • Connect the Power Cord to the Acton Multi-Room Speaker and a working AC wall socket.

  4. The Speaker is in standby mode.

    • Push the SOURCE knob to wake from Standby mode.
