Troubleshooting : There is no audio or audio is too low

Short answer

Make sure no other connected device is playing audio. Adjust the volume on both your audio device and the speaker.

If there is no audio coming from the Uxbridge Voice speaker, the cause is that your audio device is not connected to the speaker.

  • Check that there is no other device connected that is playing.

  • If the audio output is too low, the volume could be set too low on either the audio source or the speaker so slightly increase the volume on your audio source, and/or your speaker.
