Troubleshooting : Cannot connect or pair with a Bluetooth device

Try these options to solve Bluetooth pairing issues:

  1. Make sure that the headphones aren't connected to the 3.5 mm lead. If so, disconnect the lead.

  2. Start with the headphones off.

  3. Press and hold the control knob continuously and watch the LED change from off, to white, to dark blue. That means pairing mode is activated.

  4. Activate Bluetooth on your audio device and make sure it is not already connected to a different Bluetooth device.

  5. Select MAJOR V from your audio device’s Bluetooth list.

  6. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset. This will restore the headphones to their original settings.

Major V can connect with two devices at a time and remembers up to 10 previously paired devices. When in range, Major V will try to reconnect with the last connected device.
