Troubleshooting : Erratic behavior

There can be several reasons why your Minor IV earbuds behave erratically. Try these options to solve the issue:

  • Place the earbuds in the case and close the lid to restart them.

  • Check for firmware updates in the Marshall Bluetooth app. Follow the in-app instructions to connect and update your earbuds.

  • If the issue persists, perform a factory reset.
