Troubleshooting : Bluetooth connection drops out
If you are experiencing Bluetooth dropout issues, there are a few options you can try to solve it:
Move the speaker and audio device closer to each other. They need to be within 10 metres and unobstructed by obstacles such as walls and doors.
Move the speaker further away from electrical devices that use the same frequency range. Such as microwave ovens, wireless network adapters and fluorescent lights.
