When your order is ready to ship, an email will be sent to you with the shipment tracking number. The tracking details will be updated as soon as the shipment has started to move. This means that there may be a short delay between receiving the tracking number and seeing progress in the tracking details.

If you order with PostNL, your package will be handed over to a local shipping partner when it reaches your country. PostNL will inform you about the local shipping partner and how to track your order.

Yes. You can cancel the order for a limited time, usually within an hour after ordering.

Orders move fast to the warehouse. When that process has started, it's unfortunately too late to cancel it.

Unfortunately, there are fake products on the market. To make sure you buy an authentic Marshall product, be sure to purchase them directly from us or any of our authorised retailers.

Counterfeiters go to great lengths to make their products look genuine. However, they do not meet the high-performance and safety standards found in genuine Marshall products. 

If you suspect that you have purchased a counterfeit, we recommend that you return the product and purchase a new one from www.marshall.com or from one of our authorised retailers online or in a physical store. You can find a list of authorised retailers here.
