Troubleshooting : Erratic behavior
If your Willen speaker is behaving erratically there are a few options you can try to solve it:
Check for firmware updates in the Marshall Bluetooth app. Connect the speaker to the app and follow the in-app instructions to ensure that the speaker has the latest firmware version.
Perform a factory reset to restore the speaker to its original settings.
