Troubleshooting : Can't charge headphones or case

If the LED indicator on the case is blinking red and your earbuds do not charge, it means that the case does not have enough battery left to power both the earbuds and the case.

  1. Remove the earbuds from the case.

  2. Charge the case, without the earbuds inside, until the LED indicator changes colour to steady orange.

  3. Place the earbuds back in the case, close the lid, and continue to charge both the case and earbuds until the light is steady green.
