Move your speaker and audio device closer to each other, or move the speaker further away from electronic devices that might interfere.

The likely cause is interference from another electronic device. Move the speaker to another spot, or turn off and move the interfering electronic device.
You can also experience issues if the Bluetooth signal between your speaker and audio device is disturbed by walls, doors or corners. Move the speaker and audio device closer to each other, or remove any obstacles.
