Troubleshooting : There is no audio or audio too low

Short answer

Check the audio source selection, adjust volume on both the speaker and audio device, and if needed, restart the speaker or perform a factory reset.

If there is no audio coming from the Acton II Voice speaker, the cause is that the wrong sound source is selected.

  • Ensure that the device is connected to the Acton II Voice speaker.

  • Check that there is no other device connected that is playing.

  • If the audio output is too low, the volume could be set too low on either the audio source or the speaker.

  • Slightly increase the volume on your audio source, and/or your speaker.
