Troubleshooting : Can't connect or pair
Start by performing a factory reset. This will return the headphones to their original settings.
Turn your headphones off after resetting them.
Activate Bluetooth on your audio device and ensure it is not already connected to a different Bluetooth device.
Press and hold the gold control knob on your headphones continuously for approximately 10 seconds, watching the LED change from off to white to dark blue. This indicates that Bluetooth pairing mode is activated.
Select Major IV from your audio device’s Bluetooth list. You should also hear the Marshall Bluetooth pairing sound.
Connect to Several Devices
Major IV can be connected to two Bluetooth devices at the same time. After the initial pairing, the two devices will auto-connect when they are switched on and within 10 meters of each other.
If you’re playing music on one device and then start playing music on the other paired device, the headphones will switch sources. The same will happen if you lose the Bluetooth connection on the device you’re using, provided the other device is within range.
To avoid switching between devices, you can simply disable Bluetooth or remove the headphones from one of the devices' Bluetooth list.
