Troubleshooting : Bluetooth connection drops out

Short answer

If your device was previously paired, remove the speaker from your list of Bluetooth devices. Pair again by pushing and holding the Bluetooth button until the LED turns to a slow red pulse.

  1. If your device was previously paired, remove the speaker from your list of Bluetooth devices.

  2. Push and hold the control knob for 2 seconds to turn the speaker on.

  3. Push the Bluetooth button until the LED turns to a slow red pulse.

  4. Activate Bluetooth on your audio device and select Emberton from the device's Bluetooth list.

If the issue persists, perform a factory reset. This will return the speaker to its original settings.
