Troubleshooting : Bluetooth pairing

Short answer

If your device was previously paired, remove the speaker from your list of Bluetooth devices, and pair again.

  1. Be sure the speaker is not already connected to a different Bluetooth device.

  2. Turn the speaker off, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it on again.

  3. Ensure that the source device has Bluetooth turned on.

  4. Press the SOURCE button to toggle between Bluetooth and AUX audio and RCA source and select Bluetooth mode. A lit indicator shows which source is selected.

  5. Pushing the source button for 2 seconds and the Bluetooth indicator starts to blink.

  6. Select Stanmore II from your audio device’s Bluetooth list. You should also be able to hear the Marshall customized Bluetooth pairing sound.

Please note that after the initial pairing, the two devices will auto-connect when they are switched on and within range of each other (10 meters).      Stanmore II Bluetooth can be connected to TWO Bluetooth devices at the same time. Playing a connected Bluetooth device will make it the selected audio source, pausing any previously played audio on the second device.    If the issue persists, perform a factory reset. This will return the speaker to its original settings, excluding any firmware updates.
