Troubleshooting : Erratic behavior

There can be several causes of erratic behaviour. Try these options to solve the issue:

  • Turn the speaker off and unplug it from the wall socket. Wait for a full 10 seconds, then plug it in again.

  • Move the speaker further away from electronic devices such as wireless network adapters or fluorescent lights. Alternatively, turn off or move the interfering electronic device.

Factory Reset

If the issue persists, perform a factory reset to return the speaker to its original settings. This will delete all user settings and you need to set up the speaker again.

Follow these steps to perform a factory reset:

  1. Press and hold both the Source and Play/Pause button for 15 seconds.

  2. The Source LEDs will all flash quickly to confirm the reset was successful.

  3. Remove Acton II Google Voice from your audio device's Bluetooth list.

  4. Pair again by pushing and holding the Source button for 3 seconds, until the Bluetooth indicator starts to blink. Activate Bluetooth on your audio device and select Acton II Google Voice from the Bluetooth list.
