Troubleshooting : Can't connect or pair
Make sure that the headphones aren't connected to any device via the 3.5 mm audio cable.
Activate Bluetooth on your audio device, and make sure it is not already connected to a different Bluetooth device.
Turn the headphones off.
Press and hold the control knob continuously, until the LED light changes to dark blue. This indicates that the Bluetooth pairing mode is activated.
Select Monitor II A.N.C from your audio device’s Bluetooth list. You should also be able to hear the Marshall Bluetooth pairing sound.
If the issue persist, perform a factory reset.
Connect to several devices
Monitor II A.N.C can be connected to two Bluetooth devices at the same time. After the initial pairing, the two devices will auto-connect when they are switched on and within 10 meters of each other.
If you’re playing music on one device and then start playing music on the other paired device, the headphones will switch sources. The same will happen if you lose the Bluetooth connection on the device you’re using, provided the other device is within range.
To avoid switching between devices, you can simply disable Bluetooth or remove the headphones from one of the devices' Bluetooth list.
