Troubleshooting : Can't connect or pair
Short answer
Disconnect the speaker from all devices and try pairing again. Check for software updates in the Marshall Bluetooth app, or perform a factory reset.
Follow these steps to resolve pairing issues with your Willen II speaker:
Turn on your speaker.
Push and hold the Bluetooth button until the LED turns to slow blue pulse.
Activate Bluetooth on your audio device and select Willen II from the Bluetooth list.
Download the Marshall Bluetooth App to adjust your speaker's settings and keep your speaker updated with the latest firmware.
Check if the speaker is connected to another audio device
Willen II can be connected to two Bluetooth audio devices at the same time. If a connected device is playing, the other device can not start playing until the first one is paused.
Perform a factory reset
If the issue persists, perform a factory reset. This will return the speaker to its original settings, excluding any firmware updates.
