Troubleshooting: Speaker not responding

If your Uxbridge Voice speaker is not responding, there is a possibility of a software problem occurring. To troubleshoot this follow the tips below:

  • Unplug the speaker mains plug from the wall socket, wait for 15 seconds, and then plug it in again.

  • Alternatively you can also perform a factory reset.

Note:

  • This will delete all user settings and after the factory reset, the speaker needs to be set up again.

  • Push and hold both the the upper part of the volume button (+) and the lower part of the treble button (-) for 7 seconds.
