Troubleshooting : There is no audio or audio is too low

Short answer

Make sure the right source is selected by using the source button or the Marshall Bluetooth app. Reconnect your audio device, or adjust the volume either on your device or your speaker.

There can be several reasons for audio problems. Try these tips to solve the issue:

  • The most likely cause is that the wrong audio source is selected. Use the source button on top of the speaker to toggle between sources, or select the source in the Marshall Bluetooth app.

  • Make sure that the correct audio device is connected to the speaker.

  • The volume could be set too low on either the audio source or the speaker. Slightly increase the volume on the audio source or your speaker.
