Dan Hawkins

The Darkness are a British Rock band from Lowestoft, Suffolk, formed in 2000. They took the world by storm with their debut album, 'Permission to Land', in 2003. Backed by the singles 'I Believe in a Thing Called Love', 'Growing on Me', 'Get Your Hands off My Woman', and 'Love is Only a Feeling', the album was certified quadruple platinum in the United Kingdom, with sales of over 1,300,000. In 2004 the band won three Brit Awards: Best British Group, Best British Rock Act, and Best British Album. 

The band is centers around irrepressible Front man/guitarist Justin Hawkins and younger brother lead guitarist Dan Hawkins with the duo combined you have a great mix of immense stage presence, monstrous Guitar skills fueled by Marshall stacks undoubtedly with the guys high-energy sets, outrageous stage antics, catchy material, and unapologetic worship of old-school rock & roll bombast gradually earned them a fanatical following based on simple word of mouth it's a show you will never forget.
