Johnny A

Much respected American blues/jazz guitarist, Johnny A, was born and bred in Massachusetts. He began playing six-string after hearing the Beatles at age 12. After a successful seven year stint as the guitarist and MD for the J. Geils Band front-man Peter Wolf, Johnny went solo in 1999 by unleashing his critically acclaimed debut album, 'Sometime Tuesday Morning'. The album spawned a #1 USA AAA radio format hit, 'Oh Yeah' - the first instrumental to do so in over a decade.

Since then Johnny's career has continued to flourish and he was deservedly inducted into the 'Hall of Fame' at the prestigious Boston Music Awards in December 2014.
