I am an artist and would like to perform at Marshall Live. How do I put myself forward?
You will be able to apply to perform on the Discovery Stage at Marshall Live via Rock Sound. Applications will be open shortly, keep an eye out on Rock Sound for more information.
Is there anywhere to eat or drink within Marshall Arena?
There is a range of street food and bars available within the event, as well as a couple of restaurants to eat at on-site in the DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes. Further details of food and drink available in and around the Marshall Arena can be found here.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Food and Drink may not be brought into the arena. A variety of concession stalls providing food, drink and merchandise are at the event.
Can under 18’s attend?
Young persons aged 14-17 can attend with a concessions ticket. Attendees aged under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is there re-admission into the festival?
Yes, please note if you leave and re-enter, you will need to queue up and be searched again. You will also need to keep hold of your ticket in order to re-enter the event.
When are stage/set times released?
We estimate stage times will be released one week before the event starts. Alternatively follow Marshall social media to be kept up to date.
Will there be cash machines?
Not within the arena. Please bring sufficient cash. Alternatively there are three cash machines at Asda, adjacent to the Marshall Arena.
Can I bring a bag? Will I be searched?
For your safety bags are allowed up to A4 size, you will be searched on arrival and certain items are prohibited. We advise all visitors to read the Marshall Arena full terms and conditions.
What lighting is used?
You are advised that flicker, laser, strobe and other lighting effects may be using during some performances.
What is the address for the venue?

Where can I park when I'm visiting Marshall Arena?
There are car parking spaces on-site which need to be booked in advance. The price for these is £10 each and will be available to book when booking your tickets, check out Finding Us & Parking for more information. Additional parking spaces may be available on the day however we highly recommend you book in advance to guarantee a space.
Can I purchase car parking in advance?

Where's the nearest station?
There are two stations within a 5-10 minute taxi ride: Milton Keynes Central and Bletchley.
When will my ticket arrive?
Your ticket will be sent as a pdf attached to your confirmation email. You will need to bring this pdf ticket to the event.
Can I upgrade my ticket?
Yes. We allow all ticket holders to upgrade their General Admission ticket to a VIP ticket and simply pay the price difference. All ticket upgrades are processed by Universe, please contact Universe for help upgrading.
Can I have a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Reselling your ticket will make it void.
I’ve lost my ticket, what should I do?
Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. If it's possible, we will make alternative arrangements to get you into the event. Please DON'T leave it until the last minute to get in touch. It's important to contact us at least two working days before the show, so that we can contact all the parties involved on your behalf.

Is disabled parking available at the event?
Yes, the price for these is £10 each and will be available to book when booking your tickets. Please see here for directions and further parking info. Upon arrival please ensure you show your parking ticket and disabled badge to be directed to the appropriate car park.
Is there a carer scheme in place?
Yes, we offer 2-for-1 tickets for persons who require a personal carer. Both disabled attendee and carer require a ticket. If you require this option, please tick the box in the checkout process labelled ‘tick here if you are disabled and require a carer ticket’. A member of the team will then contact you with details for redeeming your carer ticket.
