Ethan, Jack, Matt and Ben. You’d be forgiven for thinking they were just four regular guys, the kind of people you might meet on your daily travels but they’re actually members of Thousand Thoughts, the band creating a buzz in the alt rock scene. This four piece from Enfield, London are about to go big and when you hear their music, it’s easy to see why. Discovered at MK11, a venue local to Marshall HQ, Thousand Thoughts are dynamic live performers and passionate advocates of mental health awareness. Despite only making music together for just over a year, they’re already making a name for themselves in London after gigs during Independent Venue Week and a string of charity performances.

Given their incredible growth in recent months, it’s no surprise that they were picked up by the talented team at Marshall Records. Speaking of the recent signing, Steve Tannett of Marshall Records said: “Signing a band at the very start of their career is always a huge gamble, but when we saw Thousand Thoughts we recognised the true qualities it takes to succeed in the dangerous waters of the rock and roll world.”

The young band are equally excited about the new opportunities opening up for them: “We really are honoured to be working with such a prestigious name in the industry amongst some truly brilliant bands. The team are great and we can’t wait to show what we’ve been working on!”

Thousand Thoughts are already hard at work in the studio with new music coming soon.
