Troubleshooting : Cannot connect or pair with a Bluetooth device

The guide addresses issues with pairing your Motif II A.N.C. headphones to a Bluetooth device. It offers troubleshooting tips to resolve connection problems and ensure a successful pairing.
Put the earbuds in the case with the lid open.
Press and hold the button on the case until the light turns dark blue.
Activate Bluetooth on your audio device and select Motif II A.N.C from your audio device’s Bluetooth list. You should also be able to hear the Marshall Bluetooth pairing sound.
If the issue persists, perform a factory reset.
Connect to several devices
You can connect your earbuds to two devices at the same time. If you connect a third device, one of the inactive devices will be thrown out.
If you are listening to music on one device, you have to pause the music on that device before you start listening on another.
