There are several likely causes for why your speaker cannot connect or pair with a Bluetooth device. Try these tips to solve the issue:

  • Turn Bluetooth off on your audio device, then turn it back on again and try pairing it with the speaker.

  • Check if there are already two audio devices connected to the speaker. If so, disconnect one of them before pairing with a new device.

  • Make sure that the speaker is in pairing mode. Activate pairing mode by pushing and holding the Bluetooth button for 2-4 seconds.

  • If your audio device asks for a pin code, you usually do not need to enter one. However, if prompted, enter 0000.
