Troubleshooting : Speaker not turning on

Unplug the speaker from the wall socket, wait for a full 15 seconds, then plug it in again.

Make sure that the mains lead is properly connected to the speaker and try connecting the speaker to a different wall socket.

Perform a factory reset. This will delete all user settings, and you'll need to set up the speaker again. Push and hold both the Source button and the Play/Pause button for 7 seconds to reset the speaker.
