Troubleshooting : Bluetooth connection drops out

Short answer

Try moving your speaker and audio device closer to each other, or move the speaker further away from electrical devices that might disturb the Bluetooth signal.

If the Bluetooth connection is dropping out, there are a few options you can try to solve the problem.

  • Move the speaker and audio device closer to each other, so that they are unobstructed by obstacles such as walls or doors.

  • Move the speaker further away from electrical devices that use the same frequency range. Such as microwave ovens, wireless network adapters and fluorescent lights.

  • If the issue persists, perform a factory reset.
