Troubleshooting : There is no audio or audio is too low
There can be several reasons why there is no or too low audio output from your Uxbridge Voice speaker. Try these options to fix the problem:
The most likely cause is that the wrong audio source is selected. Check if your audio device is connected to the speaker, either by Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
Make sure that no other device connected to the speaker is playing music.
The volume on the speaker is too low. Try increasing the volume slightly.

There is a software issue. Unplug the speaker from the wall socket, wait for a full 15 seconds, then plug it in again.
If the issue persists, perform a factory reset. This will delete all user settings and you’ll need to set up the speaker again. Push and hold both the upper part of the volume button (+), and the lower part of the treble button (-), for 7 seconds.
