Troubleshooting : Bluetooth connection drops out

Short answer

Try moving the speaker either closer to your audio device or further away from electrical devices such as microwave ovens and wireless network adapters.

If your Stanmore's Bluetooth connection is dropping out, there are a few options you can try to solve the issue:

  • Move the speaker and audio device closer to each other. They need to be within 10 metres and unobstructed by obstacles such as walls and doors.

  • Move the speaker further away from electrical devices that use the same frequency range. Such as microwave ovens, wireless network adapters and fluorescent lights.
