Troubleshooting : Erratic performance

Short answer

Move the speaker and audio device closer to each other, or turn off and move any electronic devices that might interfere.

There can be several reasons why the Kilburn II behaves erratically:

  • The likely cause is interference from another electronic device. Move the speaker to another spot, or turn off and move the interfering electronic device.

  • You can also experience issues if the Bluetooth signal between your speaker and audio device is disturbed by walls, doors or corners. Move the speaker and audio device closer to each other, or remove any obstacles.
