Troubleshooting : Speaker not responding

Short answer

Unplug the speaker for 15 seconds, then reconnect. If the problem persists, perform a factory reset.

If your Stanmore II Voice speaker is not responding, the most likely cause is a software problem. Try these options to solve the issue:

  • Unplug the speaker from the wall socket, wait for a full 15 seconds, then plug it in again.

  • If the issue persists, perform a factory reset. This will delete all user settings, and you need to set up the speaker again. Push and hold both the Source button and the Play/Pause button for 7 seconds to reset the speaker.
