Troubleshooting : Cannot connect to a Wi-Fi device
If your Speaker cannot connect to a Wi-Fi device - there are several troubleshooting options you can attempt:
Wi-Fi is not enabled on your device (smartphone, tablet, computer).
Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on your device.
Wi-Fi is not enabled on your speaker.
Turn the SOURCE knob to Wi-Fi and push and hold for 3 seconds to make the speaker discoverable by the device.
