Control the sound by turning the three knobs on top of the speaker:

  1. Volume

  2. Bass

  3. Treble

Note: The volume knob is also the on/off switch.

Volume Control

Adjust the loudness with the volume knob. The volume greatly affects the playtime of the battery. Set it to five (right in the middle) for an optimal volume-to-playtime ratio.

Bass Control

Use the bass knob to adjust the low-frequency audio output. The default position is five (right in the middle), also known as flat or unaffected EQ.

Treble Control

Use the treble knob to adjust the speaker for clarity and shrill high frequencies. The default position is five (right in the middle), also known as flat or unaffected EQ.

How adjustments affect battery time

The knobs do not use simple addition and subtraction when increasing or decreasing the levels. This means that battery levels may be significantly affected when cranking the knobs.
