How to connect and pair

Short answer

Use the source knob on top of the speaker to choose between Bluetooth, RCA and AUX audio source.

Connect using Bluetooth

  1. Turn the source knob on top of the speaker to Bluetooth®.

  2. Push and hold the source knob for 3 seconds, until the Bluetooth indicator on the speaker starts to blink.

  3. Enable Bluetooth on your audio device (smartphone, tablet, computer).

  4. On your audio device, select Woburn Multi-room from the Bluetooth list and accept pairing.

  5. The Bluetooth indicator on the speaker turns to steady lit when the units are connected.

The Woburn Multi-room can store up to 8 Bluetooth devices and will try to connect to the last connected device first. For example, if the speaker has been connected to the devices: A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H, device H is given first priority, while device A is given last priority. Every time Bluetooth is selected, the speaker will attempt an auto-connection to devices within its range.

Note: The Bluetooth connection will drop if you move the device more than approximately 10 meters from the speaker.

Connect using AUX (3.5 mm Stereo Input)

  1. Connect a 3.5 mm stereo plug to the input labelled AUX on top of the speaker.

  2. Connect the other end of the cord to the audio output on your audio device.

  3. Turn the source knob on top of the speaker to AUX and push the knob once to select.

Note: Audio cables are not included with the Woburn Multi-Room.

Connect using RCA Input (RCA Ports)

  1. Connect a cord with RCA plugs to the RCA inputs (left and right) on the back of the speaker.

  2. Connect the other end of the cord to the output on your audio device.

  3. Turn the source knob on top of the speaker to RCA and push once to select.

Note: You need a RIAA preamplifier to connect a turntable, either built into the turntable or as a separate unit.
