My Marshall product is under warranty. How do I get it serviced?

You should take your product back to your Marshall retailer and they will arrange for your amplifier to come back to the factory to be repaired. For the first year of warranty we will cover the cost of carriage between the retailer and the factory.

My amplifier is no longer under warranty. How do I get it serviced?

If you are not covered by warranty then give our Returns department a call to arrange a collection or an appointment. We can arrange collection from a residential or business address. You will be given a free quote before any repairs are made but we cannot give an estimated cost without seeing the amplifier, on receiving the quote if you do not wish to proceed with the repair, then you just pay for the carriage charge.

How much does it cost to return my amp to the factory?

In the first year of warranty we will cover the cost of carriage between the dealer and the factory. After this time you will need to pay the cost of carriage. Please contact our Returns department for more details.

Do you have set prices for servicing?

All parts are individually priced so there are no set prices for servicing. We offer free quotes on all Marshall products.

How long will it take to service my amplifier?

If your unit has been couriered to us then it takes 7-10 working days. No work will take place until the quote on the unit has been approved.

Appointments can be made Monday to Thursday, in which your amplifier can be repaired while you wait, this will depend on the model and age of the amplifier so please call our returns department for more details.

Can I just drop my unit into you?

Feel free to drop your unit into our service centre at the following times:

Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 16:30

Friday: 09:00 – 15:45

Closed for lunch daily 12:15 - 13:15.

Is my newly serviced unit covered by warranty?

We offer a 6 months service warranty on non warranty repaired products, valves receives a 90 day warranty.
