Delivery and tracking
Delays due to severe weather conditions in the US
If you were in the path of the large winter storm that stretched across the US over the past 24 hours, we hope you are safe and staying warm. The storm has affected our ability to staff our warehouse, and we are working hard to resume operations as soon as possible.
These weather challenges will likely also affect carriers, so we expect shipping delays to persist over the coming week. We appreciate your patience and will update this page as the situation develops.

Shipping notification
When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a shipping tracking number and link.
