With two channels each with three gain modes giving you access to a wide range of sounds, the JVM205H has almost-endless options for refining your tone. Along with the three-way EQ in each channel, the Presence and Resonance controls let you shape the tone from the power amp.
JVM amps feature two effects loops for connecting a host of effects pedals and other external gear. The first loop is adjustable to let you perfectly blend your effects and original tone together. JVM amps can also receive and repeat MIDI commands for synchronising with the rest of your setup, giving you ultimate control.
Go from restrained to raucous. Use the two master volumes and built-in reverb controls for exhilarating solos. Recall your mode, master and reverb options with the programmable footswitch (included), giving you power and flexibility exactly when and where you need it.

That’s why all our JVM amps are made the traditional way in our UK factory, from loading the circuit boards to the trademark black, white and gold finish. We assemble all the amps in this series by hand so you can feel the heart and soul of Marshall when you play.
The all-valve heart of the JVM205H includes four ECC83 preamp valves, an ECC83 phase splitter and two EL34 power amp valves to drive your tone. If you’re craving more tonal options, the JVM205H’s studio quality reverb, presence and resonance controls, and FX loop allow you to add that extra flair.
