Troubleshooting : Alexa not responding
If Alexa is not responding to your voice commands, the likely cause is that the microphone is muted on the speaker.
You should push and hold the microphone button for 3 seconds.
The LED indicators on the front turns off to indicate that the microphone is unmuted.
