If your earbuds become erratic or unresponsive, place the earbuds in the case and close the lid to restart them. If the problem persists, perform a factory reset.

Perform a factory reset

Note: This will delete all user settings and the earbuds will need to be paired again.

  1. Place the earbuds in the case and keep the lid open.

  2. Press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button for a full 10 seconds, until the LED turns purple.

  3. Remove Minor III from your audio device’s Bluetooth list before pairing again.

  4. If the problem persists, perform a hardware reset.

Perform a hardware reset

  1. Place the earbuds in the case and keep the lid open.

  2. Press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button for a full 15 seconds to reset the earbuds.

  3. Remove Minor III from your audio device’s Bluetooth list before pairing again.
