Troubleshooting : App setup
Short answer
Ensure that your source device is Bluetooth-paired with the speaker before beginning the app setup
Download the Marshall Bluetooth app.
Press and hold the Bluetooth® button until the LED turns to a slow red pulse to initiate pairing mode. Select Woburn III from the Bluetooth list on your audio device.
Open the Marshall Bluetooth application and press the + sign to add the device to the application. During the connection process, a Woburn III [LE] pairing request will appear and must be accepted.
Make sure the firmware is up to date by connecting the Woburn III to the Marshall Bluetooth app. The app confirms if the firmware is up to date in the About section of the app.
If the problem persists, perform a factory reset. Also, remove/forget the speaker name from the Bluetooth list and clear the Bluetooth cache on your phone.
