If your Tufton's Bluetooth connection is dropping out, there are a few options you can try to solve the problem:

  • Move the speaker and audio device closer to each other. They need to be within 10 metres and unobstructed by obstacles such as walls and doors.

  • Move the speaker further away from electrical devices that use the same frequency range. Such as microwave ovens, wireless network adapters and fluorescent lights.

  • If the issue persists, perform a factory reset to restore the speaker to its original settings.
